About

Dr Louise de Lange

Dr Louise de Lange is a plastic surgeon and a fellowship trained Facial Plastic surgeon. Her training and skills encompass the full range of plastic and reconstructive procedures, with special training in minimally invasive endonasal rhinoplasty, deep plane facelift techniques, otoplasty, and correction of cleft nasal deformity.

While skilled in aesthetic and reconstructive facial procedures, she also believes in natural beauty and aims to provide a non-operated result whenever practical or appropriate.

Her approach to aesthetics stem from her passion for both science and art. It’s the reason she decided to specialize in plastic and reconstructive surgery during her first year of medical school.

After completing her bachelor’s (MBChB) degree at Stellenbosch University (SU) in 2007, she completed five years of general surgery training in the Western Cape. This was followed by an additional five years of plastic and reconstructive surgery specialization under the mentorship of Dr Alexander Zühlke, at SU.

After completing her plastic surgery degree in 2021 she did a 15 month fellowship in Facial Plastic Sugery in Regensburg, Germany, under the world renowned Rhinoplasty Surgeon, Professor Holger Gassner.
